Intra-Urban Spatial patterns in a leisure, sport and tourism context refer to the spatial patterns and distribution of the leisure facilities in an urban area. Usually, there will be a concentration of leisure and tourist facilçities in the city centre such as restaurants, theatres and retail, whereas on the periphery you will find the sport centres, country clubs and parks and garden centres.
